Refund
3 Game Guarantee Event:

• Teams withdrawing (greater than three weeks prior to start of tournament) from a tournament are subject to a 15% fee when no replacement team can be used in the selected tournament.

• Teams are eligible for refund of $150 per game not played (if a game is suspended it counts as a "game played") 

• In the event that an entire tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund minus $50 administration fee will be returned upon request.

• Teams that choose to forgo remaining scheduled games or drop out of tournament (three weeks prior or sooner to start of tournament) will not qualify for refund.

Tournament Rules:

• Wood bat tournament

• Coin flip for home team prior to game

• High School rules (EH & DH allowed )

• Free substitution

• 10 run rule after 4 innings; 8 run rule after 5 innings

• 1 hr 50 min. time limit; no new inning after 1 hr. 50 min. or 7 innings 

• No pre-game infield/outfield

• Both teams are responsible for game balls; two game balls from each team should be given to umpire at plate meeting

• Coach or player ejected from game must sit out next scheduled game

• Please clean dugouts after game

• Games rained out will not be made up later in the day or the following day 

• Tie-Breaker System:  In sequential order:  Overall record, head-to-head record, runs allowed common vs. common opponents, runs scored vs. common opponents, overall runs allowed, overall runs scored, coin-flip
